If not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it with 14 days after receiving your package. Except for personnalized items and bathing suits. Items that are made to order will not be refunded, but they can be exchanged with a purchase voucher.

If you have decided to return an item, it souldn't have been worn, and should be kept in its original condition. It has to be returned at the address we wille give you, in perfect condition, unused, and you should be able to send us a shipping proof with tracking number.

 

You will be refunded you whole payment, except for the return shipping fees (*you can get them refunded by paypal if you'e selected paypal payment while you ordered).

In case if you receive a defect or wrong product, we offer you an exchange with the correct items at our expenses (return and re-sending fees).
